dark brown sugar or light brown sugar
We used light brown sugar, but dark can be used. It may have a hint of molasses flavor, but should be fine.

Gosh, that’s not an easy one to remember! Your cookies will be as large as you scoop them onto the cookie sheet I suppose… We’ve made every size cookie around here, as different patients have different tolerances, and sometimes you just need a bigger cookie!! Don’t forget though, larger cookies can be a little trickier to cook properly, so as long as you keep that in mind, you should be fine! Good luck and happy medicating :)
